I am so happy we came across this family owned business. Honestly, by the time we left it felt like we were all family. This place lives up to their name, after car shopping all day along US1, this lot was the most affordable, and had a great selection! Extremely disappointed with this interaction. Drove two hours to look at a car, was told it drove amazing and was low mileage. I asked about rust a couple times and Curtis told me "I haven't gone under the car but probably surface rust at most". If I'm driving 2 hours, the least you can do is take a minute to look underneath. When I test drove the car, it was shaking pretty hard and Curtis had the audacity to completely ignore it and talk about how great the car was, I was shocked he didn't say anything until I brought it up. Afterwards I got out the car and checked underneath, so much rust down the entire frame with holes in it. I pulled on a small panel and a ton of it fell to the ground. He kept trying to tell me how great their mechanics are but 2 minutes with the car and I could see it needed to be crushed. I can't believe the car is still for sale right now

Absolutely ❤️ this place !!  We saw a vehicle listed online and drove all the way from Panama City, Florida. Bought the truck drove it 8 hrs home with NO PROBLEMS. And there won't be any problems, that's how PERFECT the truck is. The price was unbelievable. We got a GREAT DEAL.. I saw there are a few negative comments on here, and that's very disheartening to smear someone's business, especially when the responsibility of checking out the vehicle "relies on the buyer." They are USED vehicles. You should take it to someone you trust to look at before, not after!! And I have to say the best part of it all was how we were treated. The owners treated us like family, and their workers went above and beyond to help us with all our needs ❤️

Took my mother’s deposit when she told them she was waiting on checks and tell her AFTER they take her money that it is non refundable. That is NOT how you conduct business. If y’all were operating in good faith you would have disclosed beforehand that it is non refundable. My mother is 66 years old and is homeless(sleeping in her car) she was buying the truck for her husband so he can find work and have his own way to get around since they’re both sleeping in her SUV currently, so kind of sad that y’all would take 2,000.00 from her. They also sold the truck out from under them. By the way y’all didn’t have her name listed on the deposit slip yet took her card payment navy federal has been called and will be investigating the transaction for fraud and they also agree that this was BAD practice. I will also be contacting legal aid and non emergency law enforcement along with reporting y’all to the DPBR. I also told her she should never put down deposits like that going forward because of businesses that operate in bad faith such as this establishment. I will make sure nobody buys a car from this place.

Me and a friend went there after seeing an ad on Facebook for a 2007 ford explorer sport Trac. And we spoke to a salesman named Gary over the phone because we were driving 2 hours away and were hoping to drive it back we wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with it and the sales person guaranteed it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong There were no engine lights on and it was running great. However when we got there we thought it was a completely different truck at first because the photos they advertised compared to the truck in person were completely different. The motor ran like crap and knocked bad there was oil all around the valve cover and dripping on the ground there was smoke coming from the rear of the valve cover,The engine light was on and it was popping up multiple warnings I honestly don't see how they're still in business making false promises and misleading customers the way they do
