It’s got a big huge Phillips head on a 3$ ea. : stainless screw. It’ll never rust, ) best of luck also FYI so there is two of them ; currently &/but I do happen to have the pair of them exactly matchING) I do have a pair, their rims made by modern rim inc. with a pair matching complete wheel… including the hub center cap. ( and one tire included on one of those.) If you just want one wheel, I’d be OK with $85 - //but it’s only 125 basically minimum the lowest I’ll take for a pair(2 -) of wheels ; you can take the wheel center cap if you want .
