Brand new in the box. Never put together. It is very heavy, weighs about 88 lb, so I feel like it would be really good construction and not light wood. This goes for $370 at Lowe's which would be about $400 after tax. PU leather material. Don't rush or feel late with porch pick up. Plus, pay before with Venmo, zelle, or cashapp and I'll hold until its convenient for you :). If there is anything wrong with the item, I offer 24 hour returns. Pickup near the costco on barnes and tutt.
