Just bought a 2010 Honda Accord! Great customer service from Chris and smooth fast process! Love it !

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The only reason they have good reviews is because they make you leave a review before you leave. Mind you on marketplace it says they only wanted $2500 down, I paid an extra $250 like Valdez asked in total $2750. First day I got the car on 3/6 it broke down in the middle of the highway 12 hours later on 3/7. Not to mention he sold me a car that needed a wheel alignment but I was in need of a car so I got it anyway. They towed it saying the “gas reader” was broke. I went 2 days without the car paying for Lyfts again just for them to bring it to me saying “it’s fixed” I get the car back on 3/9 and drive it up the road to the store and the check engine light comes on. I told Valdez and I brought the car in the next day 3/10 and was given a rental for almost 2 weeks. I got the car back which is when I gave my first cash payment and it was STILL lights on the dashboard but I ignored cause the car was running better than when I first got it. Fast forward to today 4/26/25 I wake up at 5:30pm to my car being towed saying I missed payments. Luckily I pay through cash app after my first cash payment they said it’s better to pay that way so I had proof of my payments. So I call Valdez and he’s basically being rude and unprofessional saying that has nothing to do with him… how is that and you’re the one that sold me the car? None of my payments besides one were documented so on their end it looks like I didn’t make any payments when I’ve only had the car for a little over a month and done paid $3500 on it so far even after it broke down on me the next day. Then they ripped my whole bumper off towing the car and Valdez said “oh well” and shrugged as I got in the car and pulled off. Now I have to wait until next week to get my bumper fixed, riding around with no bumper on a car I’ve paid for and has done nothing but cause me trouble. Not to mention the car was only $5900 cash but they are charging me over $8000 for the car cause it’s being financed. $8000 for a 2010 Honda accord with $500 monthly payments doesn’t even sound right but like I said I was in need of a car so I got it. If you can go somewhere else, do it! let this place be your LAST option.

Bought a 2013 Toyota Prius here in September of 2023. Mr. Valdez was great, he didn’t think Texas was the place for a hybrid, but this hybrid has survived my SA to Bulverde commute to and from work; I’ve driven from San Antonio to Illinois and back, Colorado twice, and South Padre Island. It’s holding up fairly well. Valdez was awesome, nonetheless - very personable and experienced (ask about his travels). I’d buy my next car here fs

I have to say the guys working here are very nice, answer your questions and want to help. I went in with my BF to get a 2017 chevy malibu and simple issues with the car but they quickly offered to work on it. They have been in contact with us and respond quickly. I am very pleased with their customer service.

WARNING!!!!! I urge you to save yourself, your time, and your money. I bought a car that they illegally adjusted the odometer and weren’t transparent about any issues the car had. I’m a single mother, scraping to get by. Thomas made me feel understood and like he was truly helping me out, only to turn around and be my worst nightmare. He’s a sly fox and I pray no one endures what I have. This place should be shut down, with all these horrible reviews it anger me that I’m not the first nor the last. I write this not for revenge but to help the next person out. As Thomas said “ I can just pick up and move.” He sure has a lot to say to people who were flat out wronged, but never tries to understand his customers. He’s a sad man with a sad life and it’s evident in the way he treats people. Also as Thomas says “ I know where you live” to a woman with her two children, damn straight I defended myself and I stand by what I said. I hope Thomas can grow to be a better human being and perhaps try to seek a life of happiness. I have no reason to lie about my experience. Like I’ve said please save yourself. Thomas I feel sorry for you, you even look miserable. That’s the kind of life a crook lives.
