I had an amazing experience from the meet greet, to the test drive, and  all the way till delivery of my new Hellcat. The sales process was easy, smooth, and we got to the right deal quickly. Luna my sales representative was more than helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend asking for her if anyone decides it’s time for something new/newer.   My finance guy Alex Lira was pumped for me the whole process , and  knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork. He offered the best rates he could find and made sure I had warranty options to cover my new purchase! Great overall experience.

I recently just got my vehicle, same day I brought it home it was leaking from the transmission , tried to ask them to repair it told me there was nothing they can do because they sell it as it is. Which one would assume is a reliable vehicle. Which was not the case. I couldn’t take my car to get it checked out by their mechanic till 3 days later because of my work schedule, when i finally took it they told me I must’ve damaged it because they didn’t sell it to me like that, mind you I hadn’t even had the car for 20 minutes and it was leaking already. Only realized because my husband finally checked it out for himself. My fault for trusting this dealership enough to not check for oil leaks. They sell you cars that aren’t reliable, please pay attention to the reviews because I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they don’t care about helping you. I unfortunately trusted they would sell me a reliable car. If you do plan on buying from them get the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before you sign anything.

UPDATE- On June 2, 2025, the transmission suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t shift into gear. The shop told me it would cost $6,500 for a replacement—and that’s for a used transmission, not a new one. Apparently, these transmissions (and their internal parts) are really hard to find. When they took out the broken transmission, they found this code written on it: f0025/T0014 (see the photo below). The mechanic said that code usually means it came from a junkyard or was already used. That could explain why the car had major damage to the engine housing when I bought it, even though it only had about 25,000 miles on it. And now discover it had a used transmission. Now, after everything, I’ve spent more than $10,000 just on major repairs, on top of what I originally paid for the car. It’s incredibly frustrating.

On October 3, 2024, I made the regrettable decision to purchase a 2015 Camaro ZL1 from this dealership in El Paso. Barely two weeks later, I was dismayed to discover the vehicle was leaking engine oil. Upon taking it to a trusted Chevrolet dealership in Las Cruces for diagnosis, I was shocked to learn that the car had a leaking crankshaft seal and clutch slave cylinder. Things took a turn for the worse when I brought the car to a local repair shop for the necessary fixes. That's when the full extent of the shameful actions came to light. It became clear that "someone" had made a horrific, makeshift attempt to patch – or more likely, conceal – the oil leak. Photos reveal a sloppy application of silicone to the rear main seal cover, both inside and out, in a blatant effort to temporarily mask the leak and dupe an unsuspecting buyer. Going through the trouble of removing the transmission and exhaust system to access the leak and then performing this terrible "fix" is mind-boggling. Smearing silicone in this fashion is a deliberate attempt to conceal the problem.  No certified mechanic would do this type of work and then attempt to sell the vehicle in this condition. The unethical behavior didn't stop there. The flywheel bolts ($$$) were stripped, indicating the seal cover had been improperly accessed. It's evident the goal was not to genuinely fix the problem but to deceptively hide it through subpar, dishonest "repairs". Either this dealer or someone in their vendor chain did this. When I confronted the owner and sales manager about this egregious issue, I did so in good faith. I wasn't demanding full compensation for the $2,700 in repairs. Instead, I reasonably requested a goodwill gesture of any amount to help offset the additional costs above the cost of the vehicle. My request was callously denied, with the justification that "their mechanic could have done the repairs for under $500 in labor." This response is appalling. Not only do they fail to take responsibility for the deceptive actions taken to conceal the problem, but it also shows a blatant disregard for the fact that I, the buyer, reside in Las Cruces and had to take my business locally to get the repair done in a timely manner. Before my purchase was completed, I was told they do a full inspection of all vehicles. If this is how they operate – attempting to dupe customers by selling vehicles with known issues – or from questionable vendors, I would never recommend the purchase of a vehicle from them.

There was no spare tire or jack. Luckily, I caught it and they put them in after notifying.

Years later,  I realize they gave me a spare tire that doesn't fit.

Other things, The car had some plastic bolts. The coolant hose had a leak. And there was a hole in the floor board covered up by their temporary floor-mats. Additionally, there's evidence of previous repairs(sloppily done with glue residue visible) on the rear bumper.

None of this was disclosed ever. They wouldn't go down on price despite the tires being a few months out from needing replacement.

Not to mention they referred me to an insurance person who took payments by cashapp. Of which ~$300 was a "after hours fee".

I would steer clear and find somewhere that's a bit more honest.

My husband had purchased a vehicle from this place back in August. Everything is going good, I provided my social security card and drivers license, so I could sign as a cosigner. I did mention that I had two open autos and Andrea continued to push to sell me another vehicle knowing I was there to sign on the behalf of my husband. We were rushed through finance and weren't explained anything through that whole process. We had the vehicle for 4 weeks thinking the vehicle was ours but the Dealership "SouthWest Auto" said we needed to return the vehicle. We pushed to get our down payment back, but they kept saying no. Our sales person Andrea and the "GM" had went to my work followed me around and continued to harass me and my husband.

We provided several different cosigners, and were told none of them worked. Those cosigners we had provided were contacted as inquiries.

They mentioned that we were late on our first payment but there was no bank for us to pay, Alex the acting manager said we had to pay him personally. Which didn't sound too right because in the signed contract it says the dealer shouldn't ask for a payment.

Me and my Husband are pushing to get our down payment back, its money we worked very hard for and it shouldnt be taken from us because our sales person and manager didnt get a sale.
