I just purchased an SUV from them and let me tell u I can't be more happier I've really cried happy tears. Sorry can't remember his name who helped me but he has excellent customer service skills, very patient, funny etc as well as the other man who works there they we're both awesome waited and worked with me when they didn't have to I really appreciate them so much and I would definitely refer everyone to them. They aren't scammer's, they are real and honest and just overall very nice and cool people. I feel like I got the jack pot when I bought my first real car and I say real because I've experienced nothing but bucket cars forever so to be able to finally get what I deserve and finally not get screwed is such a blessing I haven't been out my car yet 😂. I just wanna say to the two men that with there you two keep up the excellent work and I know where to get any car from now and I'll definitely purchase my son his first car from there when I'm ready

My 15 year old daughter and I were here to look at the 2009 Toyota Camry for its purpose of being her first car. We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and met Pa, the owner. From the beginning of him showing us the car, informing us the brakes needed to be fixed and promising he’ll get them and the rotors replaced prior to finalizing the sale, to us still being able to take it for a test drive, meant I was sold on this little dealership from the beginning. He was so friendly, personable, and honest to work with. We’ve got 4 other children that’ll need cars in the future and I’ll make sure we come back to Bright Star Motors. 100% recommend this place!

Great dealership of pre-owned vehicles.  Very friendly and personable staff with zero pressure sales.  Cars we saw appeared to be professionally detailed and were in excellent condition at competitive prices.  Very knowledgeable crew including current EV tax incentives, both on the state and federal level.  They even took the initiative to expedite our Tesla app access by transferring ownership before we even got back home (this would have taken 3-5 days if we had to do it on our own by sending proof of ownership to Tesla).  Great buying experience, highly recommend and we will look to buy from them again in the future next time we’re in the market!
