As is title in hand the pop out works I just would have to move it to pop it all the way out, the bath tub is cracked in a few places. We weathered the roof last summer. Also there is no leaks, there was vinyl in the kitchen area and we ripped that out and put the snap in hard wood floors, replaced the carpet in the front and the bedroom. It's got a couple cupboards off it just needs to be glued and screwed back on. We knocked one of the closests that is on both sides of the queen size bed so that way I could turn the bed side ways and be able to actually walk in. It has a storage u can get to by lifting up the bed or go to the very back and there is a door you can open. Put a newer microwave in there And a slightly bigger fridgerator. Everything works. Also it does have air conditioning and you can plug it in to a generator but also you can attach 2 batteries in the front of the trailer right behind where the propane tanks are as well. I paid $3,000 for it a year ago and I'm just asking for $1,500 its price to sell, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I am just trying to get rid of the trailer so that I can go buy a beater with a heater and to be able to get some of the things that Im going to need for this new baby.
