Location: Pick up near 91st and Greenway in Sun City. This listing includes: this awesome Bassett sofa / couch and oversized chair set. Clean and extremely comfortable. There are no stains, rips, holes, tears, odors, etc. It was in a formal Living Room until it went into storage. The couch is 90" long, while the oversized chair is 58" long. There are also 4 arm covers included that are not shown in the photos. The cushions are reversible. You must bring a truck for pick up and be able to load it. We can't help load.
