1989 lance camper. In awesome shape! DOES NOT LEAK. One small piece of the siding is coming off, very small issue and easy repair just haven’t had the time. Everything works as it should, most of the appliances are new or have been recently serviced. Stove, furnace, ac, fridge, sink shower and toilet work fine. I have a gigantic pile of new/spare parts that come with it from door latches to switches to fuses, vents, weatherstripping, you name it I probably have a spare. Clean title in hand. I have brackets that can come with the camper as well that you can install onto your truck. I also have a huge envelope with a manual for everything that is in this camper. There’s more I’m sure I’m forgetting. This camper is in great shape ready to camp. Only reason for selling is we got a new truck and it’s too tall for a camper. $800. Come check it out.
