PLEASE READ This is an open-box item but never used. It's a Wilson and Fisher brand outdoor 10ft x 12ft gazebo. Original retail price $270 and I'm asking for $80 (30%). The box has been in my backyard for 2 years so it looks old but the items inside have never been used or taken out. This is an open-box item so I'm selling this "as-is". Please, no return if you buy. I need to get rid of it so selling it for cheap. You'll need a pickup truck or van to transport. Thanks.
