5 Piece Mallin Patio Set - couch - rocking chair - fixed chair - ottoman - coffee table The good: - extremely comfortable - no rips in the cushions , which are made with Sunbrella Fabric. -The frames are built with powder coated aluminum. Very sturdy but light enough to move. - I paid over $4,000 for this set about 7 years ago. The bad: - as seen in photos, the coffee table has some paint chipping off of it and is probably on its last legs. - some of the cushions has some light fading and a few spots with stains. I’ve cleaned them with hose and water, and they look pretty good. I’m sure there’s a better cleaner out there than may get them back to looking like new. - on of the chair seatback cushions has a tear, but it’s not visible unless you’re behind the chair itself since it’s on the backside of the chair. This set is not in perfect condition, but the frames are sturdy and it still has plenty of life left. Paid over $4,000. Asking $700 for the set.
