This chair is very comfortable and is a classic style with the tufted back and stunning design. The seat itself has some normal signs of use to the arms. It has been conditioned and this is normal use. The seat cushion has a spot on the very back where a pet stained it. This spot has been thoroughly cleaned with an enzymes cleaner and conditioned. The down insert has been thoroughly washed. This stain is at the back of the seat. This portion of the seat has a lot of wear from being cleaned and from the pet stain. It has been repaired and throughly cleaned but you can see damage to the seat. See pics. The actual chair has no damage from the pet.
