History: I bought it as is. Used it memorial weekend as a tent really. We were in a huge rain storm and the camper did not leak. The crank works great. There are a few seams inside that need to be mended. The water valve needs to be rehooked up. Seems there was a water leak at some point. So the back wall needs to be replaced. Also two other smaller walls. It wasnʼt cold so we did not use heater so not sure about that. There is a fridge, toilet and shower.
