This is a 50-inch Sony SXRD TV. It works, and I have the product manual and remote control included as well. You can find the specifications and a review over at cnet. It does need a new lamp, however. The model it requires is a XL-5100 which can be had for less than $30, is user-serviceable, and lasts years. I've replaced the lamp a couple of times myself in the more than a decade that I've owned this. One often-overlooked benefit of this TV is that it does not emit the sleep-disrupting levels of blue light common to more recently manufactured screens.
