This is an amazing place to get your hands on some great deals on cars and Trucks in the DFW area Iv bought two trucks and one car for my family always reliable and easy financing ask for Mary!

1. The reviews on this page can’t possibly be accurate but I am about to provide you all with an accurate review of this place.

1, I went into this auto place. I was told I needed 1800 down.

I worked hard and got the money. I go up there and they tell me they never agreed on that down payment. After proving myself and what was told hours later I was able to leave the vehicle. The very next day check engine light comes on. I asked them to fix it as I was confused how a vehicle was sold to me or leased with an engine light. They kept vehicle for 6 days and still engine light is on.

I have since paid all notes on time and they have my vehicle because it went out on me. They aren’t being responsive or letting me know what’s going on. They get cars from the auction and sale them on their lot. I’m so hurt because we don’t know how we’re going to get around and it seems like they don’t even care. Please don’t think about going to this place for a vehicle. I feel like they know most people aren’t in position to get lawyers and ect but we will not walk away with a 0. This is madness.

I just want to take the time out to thank the Ikoon auto team for all the help they've given me and for their relatable understanding. Everyone knows how car shopping can be a hassle and dealing with poor customer service. But thankfully at Ikoon I have not had to experience neither. I got my car from the Arlington location which had a good selection and it was simple and straightforward. Also, I would like to mention the great customer service from the ladies at the Fort Worth location. You guys are doing a good job and a special thanks and shout out to Miss Mary, thank you. I wanna say throughout the years I had my rough patches in life , but Mary from financials became more than just a financial lady or someone who takes care of yours payments, she has helped me keep my car with me and work with me as much as she can ! It’s been super hard but thanks to her I am almost done paying my car this year .. and Mary deserves more than just 5 stars! Thank you Mary for your service !

I absolutely love these people. Araceli was my sales person and she was sooooo sweet and nice. she was super patient while i test drove and made sure i really liked my vehicle, did not pressure me or rush me at all and i appreciate that bc ive had bad experiences abt that in the past. They really helped me out of a ROUGH situation . i thought i was gonna be carless and lose my job. ikoon really worked with me and i got a REALLY pretty car im so grateful for these people. Amazing customer service, quick process, and not a single vehicle i test drove had an issue which made it so much harder to pick one lol!!! they have my business and i will be bringing my mom next month!!
