Ferris Hydrocut 36 commercial hydrostatic lawn mower with Kawasaki engine

This is a Ferris Hydrocut 36" self-propelled hydrostatic wide area walk behind commercial lawnmower with a 13 hp Kawasaki engine and dual blade cutting deck. It starts right up and runs perfectly, features electric start. Barely used, almost new. Around 12 hours of use on it. Always stored inside the garage. It was around $4,000+ tax new and the Accelerator 4.5 cubic ft. was $500. I'm asking $2,800 for the Ferris mower or $3,000 for the mower with the Accelerator grass catcher. Partial trades considered.
