1940's Handmade, Diamond and Sapphire white gold engagement Ring or Cocktail Ring. Missing one of the sapphires but would be a fairly cheap fix. It's a beautiful ring has a stunning diamond in the center not sure what the carrot is but compared to the rings I've seen the same one I brought it into jewelry store and is in fact a diamond and it is authentic and it's 18 carat gold. I cannot find this exact ring on any website but there are very similar rings and they range upward to $3,000. This is a steal! I'm guessing it's roughly a size 6.
