VINTAGE COACH WILLIS BAG

For your consideration, a TRUE American classic- the Coach Willis satchel! Don’t let the photos fool you- this bag is a gorgeous cognac, rich in color and a statement to behold! This piece has the signature Coach Twist-Lock closure, in a loved-in patina. Detachable, adjustable shoulder strap with lobster claw trigger snaps allow the bag to be carried by the top handle. Good used condition, with some fade and wear of where she’s kissed the sun and been taken on many adventures. This bag has been there and back! Most notably: scratches throughout the bag, concentrated along the front flap, and fading underneath. Burnished areas, with a Large “love” mark along the outer back pocket. Wear on the corners, specifically the bottom of the bag (see pics). The shoulder strap has stretched and thinned some towards the top, mostly because when I was younger I would stuff my bag with every possible thing I could need 😅 The leather has developed a personality of its own, and is ready to share its storied history with you! The metal hardware has significant cosmetic wear, but each piece is as sturdy as it was the day the bag was put together. Unfortunately I lost the embossed leather tag years ago :/ I had conditioned this bag with mink oil years ago, but just recently buffed the bag with Leather CPR conditioner! I never thought I would be willing to let go of this piece, but it needs to be loved by someone who will wear it. REASONABLE OFFERS ONLY!
