I just purchased a new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from great team of Vision Nissan Greece and it was the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had. Gregory Hunt as a general sales manager and our sales consultant, Rose Weese, under the great leadership of their general manager, Michael Morton, were all went above and beyond to make sure that we were treated as a family member and have the best car buying experience and feel special and be excited about our purchase. They even delivered the vehicle to us with a big nice blue bow tie on it. I have already told all my colleagues at work that if they ever want to purchase a Nissan vehicle they should definitely consider visiting Vision Nissan Greece first and I am certain that they will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this great dealership to everyone. And special thanks goes to Michael Morton, general manager, whose great leadership has made all this possible.

I was very taken aback to receive a call from Greg who is affiliated with Nissan and reached out to me regarding the review below. He was incredibly sympathetic and sincere about my recent experience; I could tell he genuinely cared to make things right.

Fortunately, this gave me a glimmer of hope in humanity and I am very pleased that he cared enough to call me directly, ask if it was a good time to talk, and offer sincere apologies. This is very hard to come by in this day and age, and I appreciate all the effort he went through. I am a firm believer in doing good and representing high morals, so thank you Greg, for taking the time to speak with me and hearing out my concerns. It’s nice to feel heard and seen! You are an excellent representation of authentic customer service.

Have had several leases with Nissan between my husband and myself. Initially have left positive reviews in the past based on the buying experience. However, I recently brought my car into Nissan Greece for an inspection with my 2 1/2 year old leased car. They told me I needed new tires, new rear brakes and a new rear brake light. I was appalled with the car being so new at all of the work that was needed. I live very close and do not drive my car excessively. To and from work for most of its life. I was never shown these parts or explained why, just that they all needed to be replaced. Needless to say I got a second opinion and the only thing that I needed to pass the inspection was new tires. I could physically see the tire damage, which again was unfortunate, because I am sure they put on the cheapest tires they could find so that I’d have to put new ones on before the end of my lease. But the other shop I went to stated there was nothing wrong with my brakes or brake lights. I just find that behavior kind of disgusting. It’s hard to not point out that I was not with my husband for that visit and it felt as if they were using that to their advantage.

All of this to say that my trust has been broken with Nissan and I will never return back here. I hope that someone can see this review and save themselves from getting scammed. It’s quite unfortunate, especially with the business that’s been given within the past several years. My husband has leased twice and this was my first and last lease. Thank you Nissan, for showing your true colors, and saving me from ever doing business with you again.

I would love to leave zero stars. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I have purchased many cars and I have never had issues like I did here. My father went up on a Wednesday to look at a car he wanted for work, he gave a deposit and they asked him if he wanted it that day. He said no I don't need it now, I can come back Monday. We made an appointment for 5pm on Monday, we get there and wait an hour and a half. There is absolutely no reason that we should have waited at all since we were told we had to make an appointment to come up in the first place. After being very frustrated waiting that long, we went to complain and find 3 managers sitting in the office chatting. Only then did they try to apologize for the wait and offered compensation in a gift card for dinner for the trouble which they never sent and when asked about it about a month later, they apologized and said they would mail it out and never did. They then offered to put dealer plates on the vehicle for my father to take home for the night. We then had to go back the next night to sign the paperwork and that ordeal was 45min to an hour long. I have never spent so much time in a dealership buying a car, the whole process is ridiculous and time consuming when it doesn't have to be . If it weren't for needing this specific vehicle I would have never dealt with this run down dealership and their horrible customer service. I tell everyone to stay far away from vision nissan in greece, and this place confirms why I only deal with West Herr dealerships with amazing customer service.
