As a first time buyer, my experience at PLM was easy and fairly quick. There wasn’t any bs fees or any loops, they got straight to business, finding a way to get you approved.

I had my eyes laid on a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, but when I got to see it in person I know it looked good on me. I wasn’t planning on leaving with a vehicle that day…

But, let me tell you Bryan made the process hassle-free. Not only did he explain to me the process of buying a vehicle, but explained warranty options, insurance, and etc. With the trust I then had, he was able to roll me into my used vehicle. He was also able to speak both English AND Spanish making the process easier and more understandable.
