I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima from Quality Used Cars LLC Wallingford CT dealer, Address: 110 Pent Hwy, Wallingford, CT 06492,and I paid the tax and registration fee to the dealer on the spot. Initially, the deal was done over Messenger. After that, I went to the dealership three times, but the car wasn't available. On the third visit, I contacted them again and they finally gave me the car, but their system was down, so the car wasn't registered. The dealer said that once the system is working, he would register it.
However, after that, he stopped answering my calls and didn't respond at all. I called and messaged him many times, but he kept saying the system was still down — even though it was actually working.
So, I ended up registering the car myself through the DMV. Since the dealer had my registration and tax fee, I was supposed to get that money back. I called him a thousand times, and he kept saying he's out of town and didn’t pick up my calls. Eventually, I filed a complaint with the DMV. The DMV contacted the dealer, and only then did he come to my house and return the money.
Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would strongly advise everyone to think a hundred times before buying a car from this guy. He is a very dishonest dealer.

I visited this dealership to look at a car and left a $100 deposit to hold it. Later that same day, I decided not to purchase the car and texted the salesperson to let him know he could show it to other buyers. He never responded. When I called the next day to request my deposit back, he hung up on me and then blocked my number. This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful before doing any business here.

I recently visited their lot to look for a new vehicle. Though I didn't find what I was looking for I had a good experience. Peter walked me around and showed me a lot of possibilities. He took my information and said he would find something I would like. I fully intend to buy my vehicle from there.

Very nice service, Piotr, whom I met turned out to be a very competent person. Within two days, the formalities related to the purchase of the car were comprehensively arranged. I bought the car reasonably and I appreciate it, which I am very pleased with, if more sellers like Mr. Piotr would be so well organized.
