A vintage signed, framed etching on heavyweight paper by listed French artist Marcel Jacque (1906-1981) entitled "La Mère" depicting a touching scene of a mother threading a needle at her sleeping child's bedside. Measuring an overall 11.25" W x 14.0" H x 1.0" D, with a visible image of 7" W x 9.25" H, this lovely piece is in excellent vintage condition, signed to the lower right with writing in French on the top and bottom of the image surface, some age discoloration and nicks and scratches around the frame.
