We recently sold our vehicle to Autonation North and purchased a used vehicle through them. The team worked very hard to expedite the balance due to us, and we were treated very well. They had a little difficulty issuing our balance due from the transaction, but it was more due to corporate policy than lack of effort.

I went here on Monday to look at a Tahoe and found an RS Traverse that was beautiful. They started talking numbers and I found that they are trying to tack on their “Optional” warranties that rack on cost to the bill. I let the salesman know that I didn’t want any of those and he went back spoke to the salesman manager who then decided to come out and tell me they automatically charge those on all their cars and that I didn’t have an option to take it off. I told that manager I was going to go somewhere else and he said to go. This sales manager needs more training, how do you let a 60k sale walk out the door over $1700? I felt bad for the salesman as he was doing his job but this manager cost him his commission. I ended up going to Emich and they were not pushy and did not try to force any “optional” items on me and they got the sale. BUYER BEWARE as the company forces you to buy “optional” warranties as they automatically add them to the ticket. Don’t shop here!!!
Here’s what I bought somewhere else

We came here to check on a Silverado 3500HD they had. We called and a woman promised to send us the numbers and never called back, but then Ali stepped in and helped us. He was a real professional salesperson. You won't believe how many dealers you arrive at and the car is not ready to see. Ali had our pickup ready for a test drive right at the front door. He knew everything about the vehicle, and for one tricky question he quickly Googled it to find the solution. Other dealers will just say random stuff. We went in and out in around two hours, including the test drive, loan, and even a free detailing they did to the pickup prior to leaving. The dealer itself got us a great number under the MSRP.

So I have to say this was the first time in a long time that I’ve bought a brand new car . The process was nerve racking for me but my sales rep Tony was the best and helped me calm down on the big purchase. The guys that do the deal are the best as well they worked hard for me on the deal and never treated me with and the financial guys are amazing as well. My whole experience was amazing and would recommend them to everyone

I brought my 2021 C8 with 3,800 miles in to have the oil and air filters changed. I expressed my concern about having the vehicle outside at any time because the car is always kept inside unless it is traveling to a car show. They accommodated my request to keep the car inside despite it being an unusual request. The car was quickly fixed, and everyone was extremely helpful.

The only thing I would suggest is the service writer seemed to have a somewhat limited knowledge of C8s and their specific needs. I would recommend the dealership have a designated C8 service advisor expert handle all consumers who own this specialty vehicle.

One other note, I bought my Stingray at a different dealership in Broomfield, CO. I decided to no longer take my vehicles to that other dealership because of the absolutely atrocious service. Despite the longer drive to get my vehicles serviced, I have found this dealership to be exceptional and worth the drive. I was surprised that they didn't treat me differently, despite me purchasing my C8 at a different dealership.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service.
