Charming vintage 1976 El Dorado motorhome for sale! Meet Rosa! She has been our tiny home and travel companion for the last 4 years. She has been mostly refinished- new paint, lightweight vinyl tile, concrete skim countertops, laminate wood flooring- but could use a few finishing details we didn’t get around to. She is 21’ in length, with an interior of around 120 sqft. Two beds: one queen above the cab, and back table area converts to a king sized bed as well. Two cupboards above kitchen table fold down to two twin beds as well, however we have never used them for sleeping-only storage. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower fully functioning to use tanks or hook up. She was recently fitted with Solar to run some electrical. Water is heated by propane. Space has been maximized with additional baskets/mirrors/hanging racks for full usability. Most furnishings can be sold with her (cups/plates/shower curtains/curtains etc). Original appliances still in her (I mean, just look at how charming that fridge is!) Brand new spare tire cover, custom hand painted last month by a local designer. She recently received a tune up, new oil, belts and brakes. The last time we took her out, she ran hot, so we recently flushed the radiator in hopes she won’t need a replacement.
