Custom stealth camper van for sale. Vehicle has just over 20,000 original miles. Smogged April 2019, registration is current and due in October. All fluids, belts, and gaskets have been changed out in the last month. Engine runs smooth, no noises, no leaks. Power windows, locks, mirrors, lights all work correctly. AC and heat work perfect. All 4 tires are brand new. Before conversion the van was used for medical transport and always well maintained. Car fax in hand. The 200watt solar panel system consists of (1) 2000 watt inverter, (1) 12v deep cycle lead acid sealed battery, and (1) control panel. This system will charge laptops to phones, run power tools, refrigerator, lights. The entire system was designed with fuses so you never have to worry about damaging the equipment. Every aspect of the solar system is (1) month old. The interior is fully insulated with (2) layers of 1/2 inch reflective Rtech insulation. This insulation is bug, mildew, mold, and moisture resistant. Any voids in the van structure have been filled with R30 insulation and denim noise deadening insulation.Over the insulation is reclaimed pine wood and redwood with bits of English cedar for a true cabin feel. All wood has been treated with hazardous free materials making for a safe breathing mobile home. The interior layout consists of: (1) Large pine table measuring 44in x 27in. Mainly used for preparing food and using the computer. When the bed is folded out, it provides a great chair for the table. (1) Custom bed measuring 40in x 80in that effortlessly flips into a couch, without needing to remove the mattress. This creates a good flow for the van allowing access to all doors. One side of the bed extends an extra 12 inches for the tall people. Couch sits three and has a small drop down table to compliment the space. Perfect for reading or dining. - Indoor/outdoor rug throughout. Stain and mold resistant, easy to clean - (2) Large side windows pop out. (1) nautical window in the rear with insulated plug. (3) Large cabinets with shelves. Each cabinet varies in size, they measure 22 inches wide, 18 inches wide, and 12 inches wide. All are 24 inches tall. - (3) Large under the beds cubbies. 1 cubby houses the solar equipment and water storage under the sink. - Luggage storage Holds up to 6 surfboards without fins, under 7 feet in length. This storage was designed to hold adventure gear, it will fit anything from fishing poles and snowboards to backpacking stuff and river kayaks. Serves as a great space to accommodate for another persons stuff. (1) Removable curtain rod to separate driving space from living space (1) Sink measuring 14x12x6. 6 inches deep, located close to the door so standing is an option while cleaning. The drain is connected to a 3 gal container that is easy to empty. The water source is also a 3 gallon container. Reclaimed redwood sits around the sink with a waterproof finish, allowing for easy clean up. Pump action faucet, with city/tank water connections. (1)Toilet with a three gallon basin and enough storage for paper and wood chips. This is a #2 style toilet only, you will place a biodegradable bag inside a compost bucket and fill with wood chips when you’re done. It’s very easy to change out and is sealed with a screw on lid. When the toilet lid is down, the front can be used as a bench seat or sleep another guest. - Solar roof vent No power needed, this fan will run all day, quietly, and keep the van from getting “over heated”. It is located over the cooking area. -Appliances Small fridge makes minimal noise. Also has a small freezer section. Uses about 80 watts. I also use a panini press and microwave that are optional with the van. -Insulated panels for the windshield and the remaining windows will be included. These are great for privacy and temperature control. Absolutely everything works in this van. I am a furniture maker by trade and build everything to last. This is the 4th van I have converted and I still keep in touch with the vans new owners. I traveled/lived in a van for almost 2 years.
