MIB ..... never used..... not as big as toothbrushes are today ....4.5" long only ..... marked STERLING with a cool thin decorative border..... I am sure this looks fantastic shined up ! From then1940's. Supposed to be form a baby or small child but adults could use it ...no problem . Original box ! Maybe for a child or not ? Love it !
