It includes a queen bed (headboard and frame), dresser, and two nightstands. The headboard has a real leather (not faux/fake) insert. There are some scratches and wear in the leather, normal wear for leather. The drawers are all wood and there are no spills or stains in any of the drawers. The entire set is in overall great condition. There are small scrapes or scratches here and there but there are no water marks, major or apparent dents or scratches. We also have a mattress and box spring included if you want it. The mattress is clean, no spots, stains, or spills. It is also 15 years old and was purchased with the bedroom set.
