This is the 8000 btu model. Purchased 2 years ago, for a work place environment that I no longer occupy. The remote works, the unit works, it has some age or minor scuff marks, but nothing serious, no major cracks or damge, the coils are and have been kept extremely clean. I paid over $600 for this new, currently they go for around 450-500, amazon, wal mart, all the places thatncarry it are all within 40 bucks of each other. I AM ASKING 250 OBO NOW, BUT PLEASE REMEMBER, THIS IS TEXAS, AND IF I STILL HAVE IT IN 2 MONTHS, WHEN ITS 115 DEGREES OUTSIDE, I WILL WANT AROUND 450 THEN, and the stores will be raising their prices back to the 6 or 7 hundred dollar area as well. I went online and took Two screen shots, so you can see the size or dimensions, in one picture, and the going price currently, in another one. You can Google the full specs online yourself if you wish, 8000 btu B&D 3in1 ac, and it will pull right up. BOTTTOM LINE IT DOES WHAT IT SUPPOSED TO DO. It has the water hose hook up in the rear along with the drain below it as well. Great for add on rooms, sheds, building, office park places, you can use inside and in any room if you like, but you need to use the exhaust line, or you will just defeat the purpose.
