This camper is 14 years old so it's not in perfect condition. There's 1 actual bedroom and a set of bunk beds. There is a super slide out which is the living room n kitchen. The roof doesn't leak and there is a soft spot in the floor. All appliances work. A.c. needs recharged but blows decent. I personally lived in this camper with 2 teenage boys n it withstood them so it's got a lot of potential. Serious inquiries only I'm tired of people wasting my time if you r expecting a brand new perfect camper for what Im asking you should have your head examined
