2002 Chevy cavalier for sale. It's my grandpa's car and I'm helping him sell it. The car does not run and he's too old to work on it and I don't know what's wrong with it. He says he thinks it's either an open circuit or bad pcm. The car has power but will not crank or start. There's no power to the dash or windows. The car is being sold as is with no warranties.
