I recently purchased a 2023 Ram 1500 from MB Motors LLC in Bellingham, Washington. Prior to completing the purchase, I asked the dealership directly whether the vehicle had any previous damage or issues I should be aware of. I was assured that the truck had no damage and was in excellent condition.

After bringing the truck home, I removed the accessory covers that had been installed on the door handles and side mirrors. Underneath those covers, I discovered severe paint damage that appears consistent with the vehicle having been previously stolen, recovered, and sold at auction. These are not minor cosmetic imperfections—they are significant defects that were clearly present before the sale.

The most concerning part is the dealership’s response. Since notifying them of the undisclosed damage, my concerns have been ignored or dismissed. Communication has been minimal to nonexistent, and there has been no effort to resolve the issue, offer an explanation, or provide any form of assistance.

This situation raises serious concerns about transparency and disclosure. Had I been informed of the vehicle’s true condition, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision or negotiate accordingly. Instead, I purchased the truck based on assurances that were not accurate.

I am posting this review so future buyers are aware of my experience. I expect honesty when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, MB Motors LLC did not meet that standard in my case.

It’s my first time buying a car. Never bought a ride before  not even a bicycle, i was skeptical and worried at thesame time. But the sales agent named Will. Man that guy is awesome. He made everything easy. I was just outside the office smoking while he runs the paper. And its gettin late.  And I went home easy with a 2017 nissan frontier SL that has a 62K milage reading on the odometer. Almost brand new. Bet that tire is still the original tire out when it was bought brand new. I brought my latest obd scanner to see if the odometer reading is true ang not tampered. And it is true, not tampered at all. I recommend buying car from this company and from Will of course. Thank you Will. I appreciate you. Man i love my truck.
