Description

Keystone Cougar 27ft Fifth Wheel Trailer 2003. Clean title. No leaks Just replaced the slide out motor and works great. On-demand water heater Has a compost toilet and a 2/3rd sized bath. Toilet is fully clean with new composting material ready for use. (Used compost can be dumped legally at an RV dump.) Queen mattress, and plenty of storage both inside and underneath the RV. The fridge works on electricity. Stove, oven work and microwave work. A/C should work with 30-50 amp supply. It has a 200ah lithium phosphate coach battery with an upgraded lithium converter. We replaced the core furnace 3 years ago and the furnace works great. ***Ideal for full time RV living for one or two people.*** RV is currently parked in storage in Port Orchard, WA. Interior photos show slide-out slightly in, as not enough space to open fully in our storage spot. Plenty of storage space underneath. Exterior needs a bit of cleaning but otherwise ready to go! $5000, cash only
