I was in the market for a 2012 Toyota Highlander and found one at Top Tier Auto. The sale price/milage was the lowest out of the multiple dealerships I researched. Upon arrival, we noticed a few minor items that needed to be addressed. Some of which was already in progress of being fixed. For the other issues, Top Tier Auto wrote them down in the purchase agreement. The purchase process was very fast and we were able to drive the vehicle home the same day. They were very fast in submitting  the paperwork to the DMV as well. Once we scheduled the repair for the minor issues, Top Tier Auto used their vendors to take care of everything. They did such a great job and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Top Tier Auto if you are looking for a used vehicle. Staff are very polite, professional and want to take care of the customer. Thank you Top Tier Auto!

I just recently bought my dream car from Mr. Mike. We’ve sat down and I told him my criteria and budget. He was very helpful and insightful throughout the purchase process. I’m very happy I decided to go here. Would I give more stars if I could. Most definitely!
