Installimg beautiful new wood floor today. 30ft Great trailer. Priced for quick sale! Need gone asap! Everything important works great! Heat AC electrical propane. Only problems are the last renter ripped out the floor I put in, painted on the walls, ripped off wallpaper so walls need repainted. 2 gallons white paint provided. Back door has been bondoed because of a tree limb puncturing it. Bondoed and painted. The renter removed the door handle and just pad locked it. Bathroom light needs replaced. $10 on Amazon.. It's liveable just needs a small amount of work. Newer tires. New jacks comes with 36 gallon portable tank to empty tanks without moving trailer. 100 ft water hose. Bluebook is 12 to 15000!
