I would like to start my review by saying, WOW!!! Excellent service, family treatment and very professional staff that goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I am very happy with my Toyota Tundra and choosing JC MOTORS. Jesus deserves more than 5 stars and the owner is very attentive and all the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend them 👍👍👍!!

These people are con artist they are heartless and I hope they feel the wrath of God soon on March 1, 2025 I went to put $3200 down payment on a 2018 Mazda CX 9. Everything was fine. I drove off a lot with the vehicle, the process took about four hours on a Saturday Fast-forward to March 4, 2025. I get a call from Victor Victor calls me saying that they need to do an inspection on the vehicle I asked why and if inspection wasn’t done Saturday he told me because the mechanic is not in on Saturdays. This is my very first time going to the dealership. I usually only buy cash Cars. Victor tells me I need to get the inspection done or the lender will deny my application because an inspection is important or whatever so I leave work thinking this is something of importance and I go to the dealership. I give them the keys. They take the car to the back. I’m sitting in the lobby for about 45 minutes before the Me that my paystub’s were fraudulent they in fact weren’t and when he showed me what the Lender said on the computer, the The lender said and I quote Advent Health where I work is known for fraudulent Not that my pay stubs were fraudulent they said the Advent Health is know for fraudulent paystub’s, Which simply could’ve been fixed with bank statements or HR giving them a call So he tells me there’s nothing he can do. He takes the car. I can’t have the car back and I also cannot have a refund So now me and my children are without a car and $3200 whatever you do Do not buy a car from here they are terrible. They laughed about the situation. So I will be going to the courts and with all these bad reviews I’m probably gonna go for a class action lawsuit because clearly have done so many people wrong. And when I told them I was going to sue them, they said no sue the bank you can’t tell me who to sue lol !!!! Being that my paycheck subs were not fraud I will Definitely be going through with the lawsuit towards this dealer

Update: Dealer has called me 3 times since this review asking me to upload other documentation but I no longer want to do business with them so now they are Harassing me and threatening to sue me for false reviews to the BBB. Send me my money back or Please stop contacting me!!
