I bought a Gold Certified 23 Rav4 that had undisclosed, unidentified previous damage. Whoever traded it in, lied. The Carfax showed "minor cosmetic damage", but after a few weeks it became very obvious the front bumper, front fender, front door had all been replaced, poorly, with the wrong paint code, bad fitment and overspray everywhere. The rear end also had a loud, vibrating poor driving experience that service couldn't find... I went back and forth for several weeks to get this resolved. I ended up taking at least a loss of several thousand dollars just to trade it back in and get rid of it after about 500 miles or less. Had to put another 5000 down and lost another $1200 on the windshield warranty. I was informed the warranties could be transferred or refunded. not true. My sales rep Omar was super nice and helpful the whole time but shame on the dealer for re-selling a car that was clearly in an accident, and a fabricated Carfax.

I am happy in the replacement used Rav4, but really unhappy I had to throw thousands of dollars to the wind to get there. I am also thankful the dealership didnt tell me tough luck and totally screw me.  I couldn't return the brand new $300 in all-weather mats I bought for the 23'. I originally planned to come back and trade in to another newer Rav4 in a few years but not anymore. This experience really left me feeling duped, deceived, taken advantage of, and squeezed every nickel out of my pockets. A $32,000 planned vehicle purchase has cost me at least $40,000+. To bring me back here I need at minimum that $1200 windshield warranty re-imbursed, or OEM name brand tires to replace the Vietnamese off-brands that were installed.

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Toth as my service coordinator for my 2016 Toyota Corolla. A previous repair shop had been unable to diagnose the issue, and since I was out of state, coordinating repairs could have been especially challenging. Chris and the team made it easy. He kept me updated on my vehicle’s status, clearly explained the repair recommendations, and was consistently responsive throughout the process. Pricing felt fair, and the quality of the work was truly above and beyond expectations. Toyota is fortunate to have employees like Chris. I was at a competitor dealership and it was a terrible experience.  Every aspect.  Then I went to AutoNation Toyota and it was complete opposite.  TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend.  Great prices, personable non aggressive sales staff, and no uncomfortable feeling whatsoever.  The extended warranty was offered in the finance department and clearly explained.  I declined, and the gentleman was very polite and not pushy at all.
