Had the WORST service department experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I took my car in for a diagnosis of a suspension error that I got. It was concluded that my driver side strut was leaking and needed to be replaced. I kindly declined the $3500 service because I was told I’d have to do both at the same time. When I arrive to pick up my car the entire front end was dropped down to the ground. When I asked what they did to my car, the associate Anthony Lee, chuckled and claimed they did nothing. My car was not safely drivable. AAA would not tow my car because it was so low it would be a liability for them. I had to pay for a special tow service to get my car home costing me $675. Once my husband did some troubleshooting on my car he was able to reset my car to the factory setting. The service department disabled my front suspension since I declined the services. By far the WORST Audi service department! Since then I was able to order both my front struts and my car is running great. And I got quality Continental brand for less than $1500 for both. Check out Rockauto.com before overpaying on parts. 1st picture is when I picked up my car and 2nd picture when my husband reset the factory setting for suspension.

Steven provider us with amazing customer service. He is the type of person that takes that extra mile to make his customers are happy with the service. He is really patient and guided us through every step of the way into our new adventure.
