I had a fantastic experience here! While on vacation in San Francisco, I hit my first 600 mile maintenance mark on my motorcycle. I called up the SF Moto team and got a quick, clear quote! They made sure I understood everything being done, recommended the right upgrades to boost my bike’s performance, and showed incredible hospitality throughout the entire visit!

They gave my bike a quick wash, did an oil change, a full inspection, and lubricated the chain to make sure I was set for the long ride back home. I really appreciated how fast, professional, and welcoming they were! The prices were great and reasonable! Big thanks to the team for getting me road ready and treated right! Thank you Manager Raju, for the courtesy text to check on my satisfaction via text message. I appreciate yall hard work. Keep everyone’s dreams rolling.

They have a lot of bikes both new and used. Pricing for new bikes is a bit higher than other dealers. The MSRP is the same but they charge more destination and dealer assembly charges.

The salesperson was polite and helpful and not too pushy.

I had an awesome experience buying a 2023 Yamaha R7 at SF Moto. My salesman, Dali, knew all about the bike along with the rest of their inventory. He was hilarious to talk to while paperwork was processed and the rest of their staff were great to. This was by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! I couldn’t be happier with my R7 and its cyclops  (eye of rah) headlight. When you go, ask for Dali!

Great experience working with Frank while shopping for our new Honda dirt bike. He's friendly and knows the products well. Overall a very relaxed experience without pressure or antics. We would come back for the next size up when the kids outgrow this one. They also made remote contracts a breeze with docusign. Brandon was fast to respond over text and email and helped facilitate payment and prepping the bike for pickup because I was coming up from Santa Cruz. A+

had a great experience getting a bike here at SF MOTO!!! thanks to brandon for taking care of me looking for a lender! and thanks to chana for giving me information about the bike giving me tips and about how delivering the bike goes etc. SF MOTO replies really fast too. and thanks to their manager for helping me get an insurance for my bike cause i bought the bike without license so the state farm won't give me a good price but the manager help me find one!!!!
