The interior was well maintained and is extra clean.  The exterior was well maintained and is extra clean.  The engine is functioning properly and has no issues.    The transmission shifts very smoothly.  The brakes are in great condition.  The battery is in excellent condition.  The car was previously owned by a non smoker. I had a very good experience, i walked away with a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited for $10k out the door and i love her to death.

We found out the driver's side window was not working mid-way into making the sale, we agreed they'd fix it later and i could take it home; they repaired it 4 days later without any additional cost. So far she's been in great condition, i've only had to repair the sunglasses container latch ($5 fix), driver's fuse box (10c repair with 3d printing) and do an oil change myself.

Dealership was willing to negotiate to stay in my budget, we paid in full.

The truck we bought from this place in July has done nothing but consume our time and savings. We bought what appeared to be a nice truck from this dealer but it started breaking down within a week. Granted, the dealer tried to help with the initial repairs needed which included a new transmission, but it just kept breaking down. We spent probably $4000 in repairs then eventually decided to trade to truck in for another one becauseit just kept breaking down and left us stranded many times. Due to negative equity, we're probably out $10,000. Don't trust a single vehicle on this lot, it will cause financial pain and suffering. We're emotionally and financially devastated by the auto we bought from this dealer.

Everyone at best auto buy was welcoming to an assisted me through the buying process. I purchased a 2015 pro master ram cargo van for my laundry service company . Nick was helpful and gave me the best deal for what this vehicle was worth! I will definitely be back for my next purchase!

This dealership is very friendly. They give you no pressure when you are looking around. They let you look freely around their lot to see what is your likings and are helpful with them providing keys to any vehicle you may have interest in. They do not try to pressure you in a sale. They wait for when you are ready to talk to them and negotiate a deal. And they are very willing to help with negotiating to make a deal to make you a happy satisfied customer. This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I will be returning again. As well as recommending others. I highly recommend this dealership.

God answered  our prayers! Nick underhandedly sold the vehicle I put a deposit on, and he had the title to my trade-in. God knows best. I will NOT be purchasing from them and definitely do not recommend anyone go to them.
