The knob can rotate one round between the volume smallest and largest, so when you rotate to the minimum or maximum volume, can not continue to rotate in the same direction, otherwise the potentiometer inside the product will be damaged. b. When the audio is switched to the headpset output, the speaker may have a slight noise, this is normal phenormenon, because the audio cable of the speaker is left floating state after switching to the headset, just like when the speaker cable is pulled out from the computer and there is slight noise. The solution is simple, that is just turn down the main volume switch on the speaker. c. Product can not suitable for the speakers which have original cable controller, please confirm that the speaker's interface and function you are using are available with this item before purchase.
