To start off, really nice communication right off the start. Zane, the youngest salesperson, called me and told me main information about the vehicle same hour I inquired about it online. He was friendly and not pushy, which made me want to come in and check it out in person, even though the dealership being an hour away. The price was competitive, so I couldn’t wait long. The car was in great shape, but there were a couple things I wasn’t fully confident about, which I let them know about. Nothing mechanical to be exact. To be fair the vehicle was used, so I didn’t expect total perfection.

The people at the dealership listened to me and my concerns and took it into consideration. I did say that if those things were not there- the deal would be done. They promised me those minor inconveniences on the car will be taken care of if I took it.
I like to buy my cars outright and not waste any parties time, which they understood and matched my energy. Being that easy to work with a dealership is a dream, because most do not value their customer’s time. Paper work took less than 30 minutes, compared to another dealer I’ve been at, about 3+ hours…
I’m satisfied with the experience overall, especially being a younger adult myself, they didn’t make me feel like I’m less than them in that building and they knew I meant business. I highly appreciate that.
