Large (~85in) electric reclining couch from Macys– high quality, very sturdy and comfortable, $800 - $1000 value. Very good condition; functions like new, no stains or smells, only minor cosmetic damage on lower corners that has been repaired/patched. The only reason we’re selling it is because we got a new couch and this one is a bit big for our living room. Plastic coverings on corners visible in the images are for protection and can be removed upon purchase. Notes and Conditions: - We cannot deliver the couch; pick-up and transport must be arranged by the buyer. It is quite heavy, and will need a minimum of two capable people to move. We are located in the conveniently central Tahoe Park / Colonial Heights area of Sacramento. - Household does have a cat; he is a Siberian, one of the least allergenic cat breeds, but regardless, the couch will be thoroughly cleaned prior to purchase. Do be aware of this, though, if you’re severely allergic to cats. - Willing to negotiate price within reason.
