Amazing from the start to finish. Rosa set up the test drives for my F150 right when I told her what trucks I was interested in. Then Rosa and Sergei made the financing of my transaction seamless. There were some challenges after the test drive with a check engine light and inspection; however, Sergei went above and beyond to ensure the truck was 100% what I wanted before I drove it off the lot. The truck was inspected, and they fixed everything as they promised. Best of all, Rosa, Claudia, Nikko, and Sergei were all very patient with me and my questions, which I had a lot. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase of my F150 and definitely can recommend the dealership. Lastly, they even held my EZ-pass for me to come back to pick up. Great overall service, reasonable price, and very patient. Thank you for the amazing truck.

I visited AutoHeaven on 04/30 for the first time and had a great experience. Rosa and Claudia were awesome! They made my boyfriend’s car buying experience very smooth and non-stressful. They were very kind and friendly. I would recommend AutoHeaven to anyone interested in buying a new car. They also have a nice lounge for their clients. All the staff were very nice, I see why they have so many stars!

The Good:
-The staff here are friendly. They will also go to great lengths to secure financing and make sure the paperwork is correct. The financing department also demonstrated great leniency throughout the negotiating process.
-They sold me a beautiful pickup.

The Bad:
- I get that I bought a pickup truck for $8,000 and that I should not expect much. However…..
- The truck was sold to me with a front suspension spring broken in 2 places.
- The transmission began failing within two weeks after sale and will need replacing soon. I hope to God it fails after I move to South Korea in mid-May. 🙏
- A hubcap fell off exposing a missing lugnut.
- There is abundant condensation in one headlight unit. The high beam has already failed on that unit. Took the unit apart to change busted headlight and failed blinker. The blinker bulb itself had water in it! There was enough water in the headlight unit to support two goldfish!
- The air filter was probably never changed during the lifetime of this Ford F150 truck. The shocks obviously were never changed.
- The back window leaks into the cab heavily.
- Given this appraisal, I’m not sure how this pickup truck passed Virginia safety inspection when Autoheaven began offering this truck for sale last June. My mechanic who performed the Virginia emissions inspection on this truck said that it should have failed the safety inspection on account of the “blacked out” headlights on this vehicle. This oversight make me wonder if Autoheaven pays the safety inspector to turn a blind eye to vehicles various faults. 🤔

Update: While I would definitely not buy this truck again, I greatly appreciate the dealership installing new brake pads, rotors, and calipers. The dealership also installed the front license plate. The mechanic showed me how to replace the door latch. Mico is a great guy!

Final Analysis: This truck limped across the finish line. I left for South Korea on May 20th and I opted for a voluntary repossession. I’m giving this dealership two stars (instead of one) for voluntarily replacing the brake pads on this truck. I do know for a fact that in June 2024, the VA state safety inspector signed off on this truck without even looking at it. This truck would not have lasted a year, much less the life of my 3-year loan. Do yourself a favor, and buy your truck from another dealership! 🙌

this dealership is the best. we were there for 4 hours being indecisive and they were so accommodating and patient with us! we ended up bringing home our beloved truck and we will definitely be using this dealership in the future if needed. 10/10 recommend!! if you go, ask for Claudia, she was the best and was very helpful!
