I bought a vehicle from here a year ago. Kyle was ok however the rest of them very unprofessional.  I called today 8/30/25 @ 2:00 because my car is still under warranty and needed to be checked out and one of the rudest men answered the phone.  I was telling him what was going on with my car and he blatantly told me that I wasted my time and that if I’m having an issue I need to speak with the owner and hung up the phone in my face.  When and if you buy a vehicle from this place make sure please that you understand the warranty process and coverage.  No one that spends there money to purchase a car should have to be talked to in the manner in which I was talked to. Better yet IF you can go else where please do so.

I was really excited when I first got my car from here but then shortly into me driving the vehicle. It has been having issues burning oil quickly and no one here seems to care to fix my issue. I pay too much money for this vehicle for them to knowingly know that it burns oil and have no urgency to fix it. I am having to add oil to my engine every few days and this issue has been going on since I got the car. I come to this establishment several times trying to get the issue fixed and no one cares to fix this issue, but it’s their responsibility because this car obviously had this issue since before I leased it from here. I think that’s very unprofessional and it doesn’t make me feel value as a customer that supported this establishment.

Oh, he was awesome. I love Mr. cow. He was so sweet and he worked hard to make sure I got my car so I’m super super happy

I would put zero stars if I could. This dealership sold my good sister a bad car and is refusing to fix it. She has been going through this since February 2025. It is now August. They are rude and arent providing no type of solution for this issue. Do not buy from here.

They are very rude and disrespectful to customers, sells lot of lemons with no solutions , warranty is BS, don’t trust them, after you pay them they will be rude to you

Didn't like the way he handled business with my little sister. If I was to show up the police would've took me in. Wish I could give this company a 0 star. 😞
