This treadmill is built for weightloss, with a maximum of 10mph. It can incline and has built in programs to help you achieve endurance, weight loss, speed, etc for all your athletic goals. The treadmill also comes with a handle to hold onto, 2 cubbies on each side along with fans on the left and right to cool off while working out. The treadmill can be folded for easy movement between locations, has a headphone jack to listen to certain programs and is key activated so it wont turn on without for saftey precautions. There is no damage whatsoever besides the cubbies to the treadmill and only dirt on the running track itself which can be washed off. Note: the treadmill only folds halfway!
