Customized it by replacing the carpet for laminate flooring, wall paper, reupholstered captains chairs, sun visors, drop down smart TV, led lights, new grey couch/bed, new faucets. Recently changed brakes, rotors, engine oil, oil filter, generator oil, oil filter, air filter. Heater and AC work great, gas stovetop/oven, water pump, refridgerator, microwave. All works great!
