Cross posted, first come first served, No holds. We’re ready for an upgrade. This 2013 camper has only been used four times. The interior is in LIKE NEW condition! No rips, holes, tears, or stains in canvas or screens. No mold or odors. The Air conditioner runs ice cold and is only 2 years old ($1800 by itself). There are no leaks and the pull out awning is in great shape. It has two heated mattresses. All electrical works perfect and the furnace works as well. The plumbing has never been used. The camper is sold “as is.” Comes with hitch lock. Things that need to be repaired: 1. Front jack 2. Furnace switch 3. Awning bag could use some TLC 4. Slight water damaged from normal use located underneath the camper near the door in a Small area. No holes, leaks or mold.
