This is an AMARR 9 foot long 8 foot height single garage door. 9X8 Insulated approximately R6 comes with all hardware to install at your garage including torsion spring (electric opener not included) Door works perfectly and is in great shape only One small Ding on the door see picture Color is wicker tan paint is in excellent condition but can be easily be repainted to match your home Only reason we are selling is wife wants a new wood look garage door. I recently purchased new garage door for my home and the new door should be here the first or second week of October. So I can’t sell it until my new door arrives and is installed. I can arrange for pick up on the same day as my new door gets installed or I can put it aside for pick up on a more convenient day.
