I have this 2001 rv in good condition everything is working: Stove microwave oven fridge AC Heating interior lights TELEVISION All the water system for the sinks and shower It is an excellent RV for a large or small family, it has a lot of space to store things. This rv will need roof maintenance soon as I didn't do it this year The tires are in good condition, they have 80% life and the spare tire is moving and has been covered. Things you should know about this rv: The entrance window is broken (two months ago the wind threw a chair and broke it) Two lever jacks are broken but will include another two semi new and will have to install. One of the doors is also torn but I don't think it's expensive to repair, you can see one of the photos. I have nothing more to say, I hope to find someone who has time and space to enjoy this rv, which is the reason why I have it for sale. The price is negotiable
