DO NOT BUY A  VEHICLE HERE! PLEASE READ!!! I bought a 2019 Kia optima there on March 29th 2025 I traded in My Saturn and put 2,000 down ! About 3 weeks after I bought the car a severe amount of oil was leaking. I was having to put 3 quarts of oil every 2 days I have the receipts also. When I bought it the sales man (Alberto) not sure that even his name, told me that a 1 year warranty came with the car. He said if anything was to happen to the engine or anything they would fix it free and provide me with a rental. So after I noticed the leak I had been calling for a whole week I had almost had it a month and the receptionist would leave the manager messages she didn’t return any of them finally about a week after I had it I finally got a hold of her and told her about the leak . She said that salesperson that helped me was no longer employed there and that I had no warranty that I would have to pay for it myself . I had been waiting to make the car payment through the in house financing till I got ahold of her. When she told me they weren’t gonna fix it and very rudely and trashy she spoke , I told her I wasn’t going to make the payment till they fixed it because they sold me a lemon . I was 9 days late on the payment and they repoed it the morning after we argued about the car being fixed. The day I bought it the sales person kept telling me to hurry and sign everything because they were already closed and that if I didn’t hurry that the manager wasn’t gonna let me take the car that same day and I would have to go back next day to finish signing to be able to take the car. So I was not reading the paperwork he was just giving me a very brief description on what the paperwork was and I was signing everything without reading because he was hurrying me and I trusted them because they are a dealership . After my car got repoed I started to go back and read the paperwork . The sales man on the day I bought it told me they were giving me 3,000 for my Saturn which was the trade in. So I put down $2,000 cash and my Saturn which was suppose to be a total of $5,000 down with the trade in and $2,000 that I put down. The cost of the car I bought was $13026.57 and the amouint I financed was $ 11749.57 so those amounts show that they took off 2,000 cash that I paid them from the price of the car but they gave me $0 for my Saturn when he said they were buying it for $3,000. I also noticed in the paperwork where it says trade in’s , it says non applicable as if I traded in nothing and no where on the paperwork does it say anything about me trading in a vehicle. When the repoed my car I had my rent money in the glove box so that I could go pick up a cashiers check to pay my rent . I keep calling and calling no answer and when I called from a blocked number they said they were not going to talk to me because I said I was taking them to court. I went to their office , they saw me arriving and locked the doors. The police could not help me do anything about it because they said it was a civil matter so not only did they repossess my car but they did not  let me get any of my stuff out of it which included 1,500 in rent money and very expensive bracelet that my dad bought me before he passed away last year. It was white gold with diamonds around the bracelet. Yes I shouldn’t have left cash or gold in the car but I’ve never had things stolen out of my car plus it was locked. I work full time for uber which now I can’t do with out my car I was living day to day just to pay bills and so I cannot even rent a car because I don’t have the money or deposit they require and I got a 5 day eviction notice 2 weeks ago but am waiting to seee if the city will help me pay it so the office is waiting! The amount of stress that these people at the dealership have caused me is unbelievable and also the amount of money I have lost not working. They did all this knowing that my dad died this year and I’m going through a divorce! This will not stay like this! Im trying to find a lawyer that specislizes in these types of cases !

Went to meet a woman from Facebook here to look at a car and they were closed. Not knowing this was a dealership and they had certain hours. I told her I can come back after 10am and I did. She and the car weren’t there, apparently they were at the auction with the car is what I was told. I was assured she would bring the car to me as this was the second time I have been there only to be turned away. Come to find out the car isn’t even in their inventory and they are selling it privately out of the back. They never got back to me about bringing the car to me and then unlisted the vehicle. Wasted so much of my time without a care. They probably were in the process of having someone else look at it and instead of telling me they just kept me on the hook just in case. Stay away from these people they are sketchy and professionals at wasting your time.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I purchased a car from this dealership and immediately reported multiple issues (TPMS sensor, AC system, etc.). I dropped it off for warranty repairs on Tuesday, 4/29 at 10 AM. They claimed it was ready by EOD, but I couldn’t pick it up until Wednesday during lunch—only to find nothing had been done. I refused to take it back, and they kept me so long I was late returning to work, which led to my supervisor calling me out the next day.

On Thursday, they claimed it was fixed, picked it up—but the car broke down on my way home. They picked it up and kept it until Saturday. They wanted to keep it until Monday, but I had critical appointments and they refused to provide a temp car, so they rushed the repairs. Some issues were fixed, but the “theft attempted” light remains on. I lost gas, time, missed work, and was without a vehicle for nearly a week—with no compensation offered.

The agent also signed me up for insurance through @LA Insurance Agency on 16th St. I wasn’t given full transparency, paid over $400 for one month, and neither the dealer nor agency offered a refund. When I asked for copy of the insurance contract or the agency’s name, I was met with refusal and gaslit. I’ve since switched to State Farm, which I should’ve done from the start.

I’m now stuck with a car that could break down again before I even finish paying it off. Between the poor service, misleading insurance setup, and lack of accountability, I do not recommend this dealership. Buyers, do your research and don’t rush out of necessity because they will take advantageof this. ✨️🙏

I've since reached out to advise the car still has issues with what seems to be the undercarriage or whatever damages they caused to rhe back right tire and they went MIA, no response, nothing but I bet they will reappear once the monthly payment is needed.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They are scammers!!! My son n law got a car and put 2k and signed the contract and took the vehicle home for 3 weeks and they decided that they were gonna go to his work and take the car and say if you want the car back you have to give us another grand
